CONCES (Conference of Nigerian Christian Engineering Students) is a non-governmental organization comprising of Christian Higher Learning (Universities and Polytechnics). It is a registered body with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under the name/association called AONCEES (Association of Nigerian Christian Engineers and Engineering Students). It got registered on 6^th September, 2012.

The vision of CONCES began in ABU Zaria in 1995 and was established by UNIBEN in 1997. CONCES is an inert-denominational and various denominational in nature (i.e membership is open to students from various denominations and she does not align herself with any denomination, church or group). When the vision carriers launched out the crusade for CONCES, they discovered that there were engineering fellowships on campuses with various names; they now decided to bring all the fellowships on campuses with various names; they now decided to bring all the fellowships under the name, “CONFERENCE OF NIGERIAN CHRISTIAN ENGINEERING STUDENTS (CONCES)”. It is like bringing engineering class under the presence of God, which we have in our fellowships. CONCES, therefore is neither a class nor a fellowship, but a conference where God and Engineering students rub minds together on the success of engineering study and profession.
